YES, absolutely! All of VIP Jolie’s products are guaranteed Cruelty-Free & Vegan. None of our products contain any animal components or by-products. VIP Jolie, LLC. is part of PETA’s Cruelty-Free Vegan bunnies program and can be found on PETA’s list of cruelty-free companies posted on  PETA.org  as well as in their “Cruelty-Free Shopping Guide.” VIP Jolie vows to always uphold these standards as our company believes in supporting animal rights.

How did my package ship?

The carrier we use to ship your item(s) is dependent on the weight and its destination. Your order will be shipped either via USPS, UPS, or FedEX.


ETA?

All standard orders take approximately 5 to 10 business days to arrive at their destination but we always try to get them to you sooner— International orders will differ. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to weather and/or road conditions outside of our control. Your tracking number should supply you with all the details necessary to track your shipment. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions concerning your purchase order.

*Additional transit time may be required for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii.

Will I receive a physical eGift Card?

VIP Jolie does not ship physical eGift Cards. 

eGift Cards are made available via email or as printable .pdf.


Do eGift Cards expire?

No. eGift Cards never expire.


How do customers redeem their eGift Card?

Use your unique digital code to redeem your eGift Card’s value which will be subtracted from the order total at checkout— (this includes taxes, shipping & transaction fees). If the eGift Card value doesn’t cover your cart’s total amount due, you may cover the remainder balance by using another payment method. If your eGift Card does cover your cart’s entire amount due, you will not need to use any other form of payment to finalize your transaction.  

VIP Jolie is not liable for lost, stolen eGift Card digital codes. However if you have forgotten your code or accidentally deleted your electronic copy, please email us and we will happily send you another copy for your convenience. 


Do eGift Cards cover tax and shipping?

When taxes & shipping applies (international orders, sometimes Hawaii & Alaska), Yes.


Can customers split an order between a eGift Card and a credit card?

Yes. If your order total exceeds the value remaining on your eGift Card, you can pay the remainder of the balance using standard payment methods.


Can customers use more than one eGift Card on an order?

Yes. Customers can apply multiple eGift Cards to an order.


Can I use less than the full value of my eGift Card?

When using an eGift Card, the full value of the eGift Card is always applied. It is not possible to partially redeem a eGift Card unless the order total is less than the eGift Card balance.


Do sale pricing and discounts apply to purchasing eGift Cards?

No. Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a eGift Cards. However, these discounts will apply to orders made using a eGift Card.


Can I be refunded on purchases made with a eGift Card?

Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a eGift Card adds the refunded amount back to the eGift Card's balance.


Can I buy multiple eGift Cards in one order? Or purchase a eGift Card with other products?

No. When purchasing a eGift Cards, you will go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase.


Are eGift Cards restricted to certain items?

Yes and No. eGift Cards can be used as a payment method for any item or order. Their only limitation being they can not be used towards subscription purchases. 


Can I set my own custom values?

No, but you can choose from the variety of preset eGift Card values.


Can recipients add value to a eGift Card?

No.


How does the recipient check their eGift Card balance?

The recipient will receive an initial email with the eGift Card balance. After entering the eGift Card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.


Can I set a specific time to send the email to the recipient?

No. Customers who want to send the email to the recipient at a later date should select the “Email to You” delivery option at checkout. You can then forward the email or .pdf at the desired time.
